Shipping & Delivery
St. Èze currently ships to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are actively working to expand our international destinations. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Domestic Orders
We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post Registered Parcel Post or Express Post. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders above $150AUD, and complimentary express shipping on all orders above $280AUD. For estimated delivery times, please refer to the table below.
*Delivery time frames begin from the moment your parcel is received by Australia Post. For orders outside metro regions, or from WA and NT, please allow an extra two (2) business days.
For orders that do not qualify for complimentary shipping, delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. Please refer to Australia Post’s delivery estimator for a comprehensive overview of delivery timeframes.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email and text. You may also track your order via your customer account — La Maison — on our website.

Signature on Delivery
All deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If no one is available, Australia Post will redirect your parcel to the nearest collection point. We currently do not offer an “Authority To Leave” service, to ensure the safe receipt of your purchase.
We recommend nominating an address where someone will be available during standard delivery hours.
Same-Day Metro Delivery
Same-day delivery is available to customers within select Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane metro areas. Orders must be placed before 11am AEST to qualify for same-day delivery. Deliveries are provided by StarTrack. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout—based on distance and parcel specifics.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. St. Èze is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or any additional charges imposed by the destination country, or for loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.
Note: International orders shipped outside Australia will automatically have the 10% GST removed at checkout once a valid international shipping address is entered.
International Orders
All international orders are sent via DHL Express and require signature upon delivery. Please note that DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. For estimated delivery times, please refer to the table below.
