Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. A small surcharge will apply for American Express payments.
What currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). You may select your local currency using our currency converter for reference, but final payment will be in Australian Dollars. Your bank may charge international fees or exchange rates at their discretion.

Can I send a St. Èze order as a gift?
Absolutely! Simply select ‘This is a Gift’ at checkout and include a message in the Order Notes field. All orders will arrive in elegant minimalist packaging for that special person. Price details can be omitted upon request.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada — with more regions to come soon. All international orders are sent via DHL Express.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Yes! Complimentary shipping is offered on orders above the following:

Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Please note that:

Refunds are available for full-priced items and faulty goods

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit unless marked “Final Sale”

Store credits are valid for 5 years and can be used online
How do I request a return or exchange?
Simply complete our Returns Form to initiate your request. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label (free for exchanges or faulty items)!
Do I have to pay return shipping?
For domestic orders, if you are requesting an exchange or have received a faulty item, shipping is on us! For international orders, if you have received a faulty item, shipping is free of charge. However, for all change of mind returns, the costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long do returns take to process?
We endeavour to process it as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days from the time we receive your return to process your refund, exchange or store credit.
Can I return a gift?
Yes — they can be exchanged or credited as long as the item is eligible. Refunds will be processed to the original purchaser.
Sizing & Fit
What does “petite-inclusive” mean?
St. Èze is uniquely designed to encompass women 5’3 (160cm) and under. We offer elevated proportions that strive to mitigate the need for costly alterations. All waist placements, pant lengths, shoulder widths, and sleeve lengths are intentionally crafted with the petite frame in mind.
How do I know my size?
Each product page includes detailed sizing and fit notes, a size guide, and garment measurements. If you are still unsure, please reach out to us at info@st-eze.com for tailored fitting assistance.
Do your garments have hem allowance for tailoring?
Yes — our classic styles include a 12cm hem allowance to customise length for taller customers who wish to lengthen the garments.

How do I care for my St. Èze garment?
Each garment is crafted with care and deserves the same in return. You’ll find care instructions on the garment tag and product page. We recommend gentle cold handwashing or delicate cycles for natural fibres, and to avoid tumble drying or harsh chemicals.
What fabrics do you use?
We prioritise natural and certified fibres wherever possible — including OEKO-TEX® certified linen, BCI cotton, and bamboo blends — for both comfort and conscience.
Where are your garments made?
All pieces are ethically designed and manufactured in Australia by small production partners who comply with strict ethical and environmental standards.
