At St. Èze, we pride ourselves on pieces that transcend trends. Whilst we hope that you adore your St. Èze piece, we offer flexible return options for peace of mind.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on full-priced items for refunds, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

Items are in original condition;

Tags are attached;
-
Garments are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged; and
-
Garment is not marked “Final Sale”
Sale Items
Sale items, excluding non-final sale, are eligible for store credit or exchange.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items are not eligible for return as they have been marked down to clear.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Whilst we take every step to ensure that the pieces we sell are fault-free, if you believe your product is faulty, please contact our Concierge at info@st-eze.com.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, we do not offer order cancellations once your purchase has been confirmed. This policy is to ensure that we can dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that you take the time to ensure your address and purchase details are correct before placing your order.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opt for a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your total refund.
Exchanges
For all domestic orders, we happily offer free exchanges for a different size, colour, or style — subject to availability. Exchanges are only processed once your original item has been received and approved. If time-sensitive, we recommend repurchasing the desired item and requesting a return separately.
For all international orders, please request an exchange using our Request Portal.
