Product Listings and Availability
We make all reasonable efforts to display Products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, colours, or images are error-free. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We may discontinue or modify Products at any time.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment for Orders must be made in full at checkout via approved payment methods. We do not store your payment details. We may adjust prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price at the time you confirmed the Order.
Order Process and Acceptance
When you place an Order, you will receive an order confirmation summarizing the Products, quantity, price, and shipping details. This confirmation is not acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any Order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud. Your Agreement with us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation or similar notification.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship products within Australia and to approved international destinations. Shipping fees and estimates appear in checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed by external factors. Risk in Products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns of full-price items as per our Returns Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags. Bodysuits and intimate garments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Sale items are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds (if applicable) are processed via the original payment method.
